24 Hour Theater – 12/4/22

Saturday night at 8pm secret “elements” were given to a group of writers.
Each of those writers had 12 hours to write a 10-15 play.
Sunday morning at 8am, actors and directors were assigned to those plays.
They rehearsed all day…and now…time’s up…it’s showtime!

The Comedy Project is VERY excited to be hosting a 24 Hour Theater production headed up by Rachel Finan, who has been producing 24HT in GR for almost 2 decades.
They are looking for 5 writers, 5 directors, and all the actors we can muster and write and produce 5 new original plays in 24 hours.

This is how the day will go:
Writers arrive at 8pm Saturday night to begin the writing process. The writers have up until 7am Sunday to have a finished script to give to the actors and directors. The actors arrive around 8am Sunday morning and rehearse that day with their respective directors. At 7pm Sunday…it’s showtime!
There is no experience necessary to participate! Let’s play!
